Your Past Customers Are Your Cheapest Growth
You already paid to acquire them. Email is how you get the second job, the referral and the review — for a fraction of what a new lead costs.
The list sitting in a spreadsheet
Almost every local business has one: a spreadsheet, a CRM export, a stack of invoices with email addresses on them. Hundreds of people who already paid you money and liked the experience.
Nobody emails them. It feels like bothering people, or it's on the list somewhere below fourteen more urgent things.
So you keep buying new leads at $40, $60, $90 a piece, while the people who already trust you forget your name and hire whoever shows up in their feed first.
Automated follow-up plus a monthly touch
We start with automation, because it runs without anyone remembering to do it. A new-lead sequence that follows up when someone enquires and doesn't book. A post-service sequence that asks for a review at the right moment. A win-back sequence for customers who've gone quiet.
On top of that, one well-made campaign a month — a seasonal offer, a useful tip, a piece of news. Enough to stay present without wearing out your welcome.
Everything is built compliant. Proper consent capture, a working unsubscribe in every send, and CASL rules respected for your Canadian subscribers, which are stricter than most US businesses expect.

Email Marketing questions
We work with whatever you already have — Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, Constant Contact and similar. If you're starting fresh we'll recommend one based on your list size and budget, and you own the account.
CASL requires express or implied consent, clear identification of your business, and a working unsubscribe. Implied consent from an existing business relationship expires — generally two years after a purchase. We set your list up to respect this, because CASL penalties are severe.
Sending badly will. Sending one genuinely useful email a month to people who bought from you and consented does not. We watch unsubscribe rates closely — if they climb, the content is wrong and we change it.
